The Al Shamal Shriners, Clown Unit, Director’s Staff Unit and TLC Unit participated in the Devon Day Annual Parade. There was a good turn out of Shriners and the Director’s Staff had the honour of providing transportation in our Classic Electric Car for Ill. Sir Dave Allan our Potentate.

There were thousands of people lining the parade route to take in all of the floats, bands, etc. What a great parade it was!

The Director’s Staff usually pulls our Classic Car trailer in the parades. Our trailer tells spectators many of the things that the Shriner Hospitals do for Children. So many people are not aware of what Shriners do. Look at the photo of our trailer closely and you will be amazed.

After the parade the Director’s Staff hosted a hamburger and hotdog and beverage BBQ. The food was good, the interaction with Unit members, family and friends was fantastic. What a great way to end off the parade day.
